Terms of Service
Read the terms of service governing your use of ImageToPSD, including acceptable use policies, intellectual property rights, and service limitations.

Agreement
By using ImageToPSD ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
ImageToPSD provides AI-powered conversion of raster images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF, BMP) into layered PSD files. The Service is provided on a credit basis: each successful conversion deducts a fixed number of credits from your account balance.
Credits and Payments
- Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable once consumed.
- Unused credits do not expire, but may be subject to expiry policies announced with reasonable notice.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will be honoured at the rate they were purchased.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Upload images you do not have the rights to process
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
- Circumvent usage limits or the credit system
- Upload illegal content of any kind
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Output Files
Converted PSD files are generated by AI and may not perfectly reproduce every element of the original image. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of output quality, layer accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of images you upload and output files you download. We claim no rights to your content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToPSD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
